Talk to Her

Two strangers meet in a dance theatre and later on in a hospital. They realise that they have something unusual in common: both are in close contact with women lying in a coma. Lydia, friend of the writer Marco, was injured during a bullfight. Marco learns from the male nurse Benigno, who has taken a comatose ballet student to his heart, how to cope with fate in a better way. A deep friendship begins.

The start of the film shows Pina Bausch’s ensemble with a performance of ‘Café Müller’, and at the end we see ‘Masurca Fogo’.
