A dance performance for children aged 6+ years

Two boys reside in a wonderful chaos of refrigerator, contrabass and hammock. This is where the two enjoy their daily life dancing. But maybe it’s better elsewhere? Like in the popular children’s book, Panama suddenly appears as the land of dreams. The friends set off on a poetic quest for the most beautiful place to live. An adventurous journey begins, during which the boys meet a crazy girl in a spectacular scenery – and sing songs between salsa and folk in an unknown language. Is it perhaps Panamanian?

Andreas Denk was director and choreographer of the Dutch Hans Hof Ensemble for twelve years. Now he has fulfilled a dream with his newly founded label Plan-D: to create a joint work with Johan de Smet, director of the children’s and youth theatre Kopergietery in Gent in Belgium.
